Dr. Rudolph B. Garrity

Dr. Rudolph B. Garrityis the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the non-profit American Learnership™ Forum headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia. He is the leader for business coaching and consulting, personal and professional performance development, organizational transformation, human capital management, community education and coaching, and for supporting multiple charities through fundraising and in-kind assistance. Dr. Garrity is recognized by the Cambridge Who’s Who and the Elite American Executives organizations for his dedication and excellence in organizational and nonprofit management.

A 30-year veteran of public service for the federal government, Dr. Garrity has built a career as an executive, project manager, principal consultant, author and educator with professional experience in the public and private sectors. He has specialized in public administration, organizational performance, workforce development, strategic planning, process reengineering, quality management, information and knowledge management and systems acquisition program management. Dr. Garrity serves as the Associate Director for research on Total Knowledge Management Education, and as Professorial Lecturer at the George Washington University and its Institute for Knowledge and Innovation. He is also a principal subcontractor for organization leadership and performance for the United States Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

Dr. Garrity received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Economics and Management from Monmouth University in New Jersey, and his Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. His major publication is entitled: Learnership 2009: The Re-Invigoration of America through Total Learning, Knowing and Leading as a Mindful Way-of-Being.
