Every year the PhD KIM program selects 2 or 3 candidates that are not living in Thailand to join the locally based cohort of students. International students can follow the 1st year PhD Seminars, every saturday from 9:00-16:00 (Bangkok time) remotely by using our video conferencing capability. Nevertheless, they are expected to visit us in Bangkok at least 5 times during the course of their PhD Journey. On the 1st day, for orientation day, at the end of the 1st year for their Qualifying Exam, for their proposal defense, for their final defense and finally for their graduation ceremony.
