The KIM program will allow students to develop their critical and creative thinking through various types of learning and research activities, and will allow them to develop lifelong learning capabilities.
The 1st year Ph.D. students will be joining an International field trip (2-3 days) to visit and learn from other countries on how KM and Innovation are implemented. During this trip, students visit other universities and companies who are leader in the KM and Innovation fields. During the past years, we visited, Hong-Kong, Seoul and Taipei. The cost of the field trip is included in the tuition fee.
Annual research retreats are also organized for students from different cohorts and faculty to network, socialize and learn from each others.
